Community Health Needs Assessment

Citizens Memorial Hospital prepares a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) every three years beginning in 2013. The CHNA identifies local health priorities and plans to help meet those needs.

As a tax-exempt hospital district, the report is prepared in compliance with Section 501(r)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
