Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation Impact Report
The 2022-23 Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation Impact Report shows the foundation's impact and recognizes donors.
Introduction
2022 was a year of growth and transformation for the Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation, thanks to you. In the section at right, you will see specifically what your gifts supported.
Currently, we are supporting our new hospital expansion while continuing to raise funds for other needs at Citizens Memorial. We always have more need for equipment and services than we can fund in our organization’s budget. State-of-the-art equipment enhances the exceptional care patients receive at CMH.
We know our friends will continue to help us respond to these needs.
Working alongside our exceptional physicians, nurses, support staff and volunteers throughout our organization is a blessing. They make a difference in patients’ and residents’ lives and bring much hope and compassion to families every day.
Thank you for supporting the Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation.

Looking to the Future
Citizens Memorial Hospital is expanding. Construction begins in 2024 on the 117,000-square-foot, three-story hospital expansion and remodeling project. Once completed, the modern facility will enhance the patient and family experience for all generations.
