CMH welcomes Kendika Abrams, M.D. to medical staff
Citizens Memorial Hospital is pleased to welcome Kendika Abrams, M.D., a specialist in geriatric medicine, to the medical staff.
Dr. Abrams will be caring for residents at Colonial Springs Healthcare Center in Buffalo and other CMH long-term care facilities. Starting this fall, she will also see patients by referral at Bolivar Family Care Center in Bolivar.
Dr. Abrams earned her medical degree from the Faculty Health Science, University of Guyana School of Medicine. She completed her residency in internal medicine at the Canton Medical Education Foundation/NEOMED in Canton, Ohio, and a fellowship in geriatric medicine through the Harvard Medical School Multicampus Geriatric Fellowship in Boston, Massachusetts. She is board-eligible in geriatric medicine and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Abrams is a member of several professional societies including the American College of Physicians and the American Geriatric Society.
