Services Provided
Rehabilitation Services
CSHCC offers inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services. Speech, physical and occupational rehabilitation are provided by full-time, in-house therapists.
Memory Care Unit
Colonial Springs' memory care unit is a caring place for those with Alzheimer's or other memory issues. Their needs are unique, and our team is here to give personalized support in a warm environment.
Our staff is trained in dementia care, giving residents kind and understanding help with daily tasks and activities. The unit is a safe and cozy home with features that ensure everyone feels secure. Our team is available 24/7, providing continuous support for both residents and their families.
Nutritional Services
The nutritional services staff works with a registered dietitian to give residents nutritious meals that are sensitive to special diets.
Activities
Our staff provides exercise classes, outings, crafts, entertainment from musical groups and community activities for all skill levels.

Independent Living
Colonial Springs Independent Living apartments allow seniors to remain independent in a home of their own, close to healthcare professionals. Apartment options are a one-bedroom and one-bathroom unit or a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit. All units have a full kitchen, electrical appliances, a living room, a covered patio and an oversized one-car garage.

Meet the Leadership
Roy Pace, LNHA
Administrator
Roy is responsible for the daily operations of the facility. He is a licensed nursing home administrator and has 26 years of healthcare experience. Roy is currently the Missouri Health Care Association District IV President and sits on the board of directors.
Justin Slack, R.N.
Director of Nursing
Responsible for daily operations of the nursing department, patient care, and coordinating visits from physicians/care consultants. He is involved with each patient’s care planning.
Amber Howell
Activities Director
Amber is responsible for meeting the residents’ social, cognitive, spiritual, physical and emotional needs on a daily basis. She helps with the rehabilitation process and coordinates the volunteer program.
Cristobal Adame-Wilson
Director of Nutritional Services
Cris supervises a great team in food preparation and meal services for the residents of CSHCC.
Charles Gatton
Director of Plant Facilities
Ensures that facility repairs and upkeep are completed in a professional manner and for the facility’s safety and security.
Lisa Slack
Business Office Manager
Lisa assists in the information and direction process for residents, families, and visitors. Lisa is also responsible for the day-to-day operations that are handled in the facility’s business office.
Rebecca Gann
Director of Social Services
Responsible for admissions, discharges, finances, and psychosocial matters. She works so that each resident’s care plan is carried out and assists in scheduling transportation.
Paige (Shanda) Ehorn
Financial Counselor
Responsible for admissions, discharges and finances. She works so that each resident’s care plan is carried out and assists in scheduling transportation.
Jennifer Simon
Director of Environmental Services
Supervises a great team in environmental services. She ensures cleanliness and comfort for the residents.
Julie Edmondson
MS/OTR Occupations Therapist
Responsible for evaluating, assessing, planning, and implementing treatments for the patients and residents.
Tisha Pinon
MPT Physical Therapist
Responsible for evaluating and developing a plan of care for patients and residents. Tisha provides inpatient and outpatient physical therapy at CSHCC.
Laura Davis
CCC-SLP Speech Therapist
Evaluates and treats patients who are experiencing difficulty with their speech, language, communication, cognition, and swallowing.
